Description

Our client based in Boston Spa is looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join their growing business on a full time, permanent basis!

 

A positive, friendly and willing nature, with an articulate phone/written manner and a willing approach are the key characteristics for the role.

 

Responsibilities:

Sales support – assisting with sales leads from inception to development and conclusion. This will involve phone and email communications with suppliers, sales liaisons, logistics co-ordination and general admin duties which support the sales process.
Occasional selling – meeting potential clients on a face to face basis in the showroom and understanding their requirements.
Invoicing (sales and purchase ledger) – raising sales invoices for clients and allocating payments as well as organisation and filing of purchase invoices.
Website management – cropping and uploading product images and descriptions on the company website
To be a successful applicant, you will have the ability to work across business functions such as finance, sales, logistics, marketing etc… You will have knowledge of Mac systems, Office packages and can pick up new software.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with Sage 50 and working within an accounts role.

 

Hours are nine to five, Monday to Friday alternating weekly with Tuesday to Saturday.

 

In return, our client is offering a negotiable salary dependant on experience plus many company benefits! Holidays are twenty eight days including bank holidays, five days to be taken around Christmas.
