NEW opportunity to join a successful Harrogate business as PA!

Our client is looking for a new member to join the team due to expansion. The PA will organise a team of Director’s and coordinate office administration and procedures ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.

The successful applicant will be working as part of a close-knit team in an open plan office in central Harrogate.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Manage and coordinate arrangements for team meetings, events, training and away days.
Ensure the effective planning of agendas and minutes and manage the production of supporting papers for head office executive team meetings.
Arrange travel and accommodation for meetings and conferences.
Information gathering and research as and when required.
Reporting to the exec management team on corporate support activities as required.
Building professional relationships with group company team members and advisers and be the liaison point between the head office exec management and subsidiary group teams
Commercial administrative support across multiple businesses
Preparing agendas and presentations
Supporting the finance team and processing invoices
Researching, finding resources and producing reports upon request
Managing sensitive and confidential data
Meeting and greeting visitors
Booking and managing internal meeting rooms
Ensuring documents and information are organised and filed as required
Ordering office supplies
Implementing and developing office policies
Requirements:

 

·         Proven office management experience

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to plan and oversee multiple tasks

·         Attention to detail and problem solving skills

·         Strong organisational and planning skills

·         Discrete and trustworthy

·         Proficient in MS Office

 

Our client is looking for an energetic professional who thrives on wearing multiple hats. You will be an excellent gatekeeper and be able to make decisions independently. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. You will question established methods, be well organised, flexible, and enjoy the challenge of supporting a group of diverse people.

In return, our client is offering a salary of circa £25k with an excellent benefits package!
