Description

Our client, a local business with a national presence is currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an EXCELLENT opportunity to join the company at a rapid growth point with no plans of slowing down!

Main duties will include:

·       Manage the sales process for the company

o   Via inbound leads

o   Self generated leads

·       Nationwide travel required (1/2 days out of the office meeting potential customers, attending trade shows and networking events)

·       Manage inbound in leads via internal CRM system

·       Use geographical demand data provided by the business to self-generate prospect targets

·       Manage partnership opportunities

·       Organise and attend national networking events

 

Requirements:

·       Experience working across telesales and face-to-face selling

·       Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills

·       The motivation to sell intelligently

·       Experience with sales CRM software and demonstrate the ability to “pipeline” their customer base

·       Ability to quickly pick up product information and inform customers

·       An understanding of Microsoft Office and basic level of computer literacy

 

Basic is negotiable, depending on experience with a realistic OTE of an additional £15k – £20k (commission is uncapped)! Company car included.
