1 year in for Darcy at EM Recruiting!
Congratulations to Darcy Fox for her first year at EM Recruiting, local Harrogate Agency!
As well as Darcy being with the recruitment agency for a year, she also completed her apprenticeship!
Thanks to FW Solutions Darcy has completed her apprenticeship 7 months early and will be gaining her NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration.
From the apprenticeship Darcy is now much more confident and has taken on even more responsibility within the office, including the temporary desk, accounts, administration and providing support to Emma Motley (Director) and new starter Jessica Swallow (Recruitment Consultant).

If you are looking to get your career started but unsure how to go about it I would certainly recommend doing an apprenticeship, you receive the support and guidance whilst being trained as well as being paid. It definitely helped me to decide what I wanted to do after leaving school.
